Thank you for booking our Mystery Dinner “Murder in the BC Mansion”. This season we will be featuring a new steampunk themed show!


Your evening will begin at 7:00p.m. (4:00p.m. Sunday), the play takes place throughout the entire evening, you may be seated with the actors so listen carefully, ask questions and try to figure out Whodunit?! Immerse yourself in the experience—guests are encouraged to dress in their finest steampunk attire!


Tickets include: appetizers, soup, salad, entrée, dessert, coffee & tea. Anything ordered from the bar will be additional; gratuity and tax are not included.


We ask guests to plan on arriving ½ hr before show time, during which we will be gathering before dinner.

Terms & Conditions

I understand the ticket(s) for The Bennett-Curtis House's event purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks in attending the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and releases venue and its agents from all related claims. Ticket holder grants permission to utilize the holder’s image or likeness in connection with any photograph, video or other recording means for transmission/ promotional use. Event programming is subject to change. The venue reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose behavior does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the venue. All minors must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. You must present your ticket(s) confirmation when you check in to the event. Absolutely no outside food or beverage may be brought into the event. In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase. In the event of a postponement, purchased ticket(s) for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise notified. Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, ex plosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include (a) financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, (b) changes in market prices or conditions, or (c) a party's financial inability to perform its obligations hereunder. Reservations are required for Special Events- limited seating available. Minimum Guest Count is required to hold event.

We at The Bennett-Curtis House always put our patron’s health and safety first. We are working closely with the guidelines of the CDC, Health Department, and IL Department of Commerce. These guidelines and regulations are fluid so please note that changes/updates or new regulations may be in effect on the date of the event. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. Visit the CDC website for the latest guidelines. By visiting The Bennett-Curtis House you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
