Starter
Shrimp Cocktail- served with our homemade cocktail sauce
Soup
French Onion Soup- a homemade specialty prepared with beef stock and caramelized onions, top with melty cheese, served with crostini
Salad
Bennett-Curtis Holiday Salad– mixed greens topped with fresh vegetables, berries, & raspberry vinaigrette
Entrée
Shrimp Scampi & Filet Mignon – combination of succulent shrimp scampi and tender 6oz filet served with twice baked potato and broccoli
Chicken Florentine- Tender chicken breast stuffed w/spinach & cheese wrapped in Christmas Tree shaped puff pastry served with rice pilaf and broccoli
Tilapia- pan seared Tilapia served with a champagne sauce, rice pilaf and broccoli
Pasta Primavera- fresh garden vegetables tossed with pasta in a light herb, garlic, wine and oil sauce
Porterhouse Pork Chop- grilled 2 inch thick porterhouse pork chop topped with our house jack daniel apple topping served with twice baked potato and broccoli
Dessert
Chocolate Lava Cake- warm individual-size chocolate cakes with oozing chocolate centers, served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream
